These hand-made oatcakes are free of wheat and all additives. They contain just three ingredients: Scottish oatmeal, vegetable oil and pure Shetland oceanic water collected from the open sea, a few miles from where Atlantic and North Sea merge at the most northerly point of the UK.

They are also Vegetarian Society Approved for Vegan and Vegetarian consumption.
