Binding the flavour of the ocean in oatmeal. The unique ingredient of these oatcakes is sea water, collected from the very top of Shetland, where Atlantic Ocean and North Sea meet. This water, containing natural sea salt and healthy trace minerals is combined with crunchy toasted medium oatmeal, which is wholegrain and low GI to help maintain a healthy heart. These thick, hand-baked oatcakes are wheat free and additive free. Contains gluten (from the oatmeal).
